Narrate important info in the video. Since so much info is wanted it can help to patrol with a buddy. That way one person can record and the other person can ask the one being detained for their emergency contact.

If you're arrested, you can wait to see a judge and not have to pay bail. But if you want to get out, you can go to a bail bondsmen and pay 10%.

The Anti Repression Committee (ARC) does some bail support.

If you're arrested, the LEOs will ask you a bunch of medical questions. If you indicate you're depressed or suicidal they will put you in solitary confinement, so keep it to yourself.

The average #ICE kidnapping takes fewer than 3 minutes. Having foot patrols really helps because otherwise the could snatch someone before people can notice and blow the whistle.

If you expect to be arrested:

* Have an emergency contact - MEMORIZED. Can also at least write it on your arm. This person should be prepared to assist your specific needs (meds, childcare, etc.)
* Phone number for your lawyer

Anything you say that could potentially protect you is not admissible in court, it is considered hear say. So stay silent! Say only: "I'm using my right to remain silent and waiting for a lawyer" or "Am I free to go/being detained?"

If you have an old phone that doesn't have cell service, you can use that to take photos/videos at a protest, to further keep your real phone secure.

You can put your turned-off phone in a faraday bag to block all cell signals if you want to take your phone to a protest.

Even powered off phones can ping location data, so if you have your phone with you presume you are traceable.

Remember that if your phone is compromised, all your Signal or text contacts are compromised too.

The government does not need a warrant to get into your phone if you have biometrics (face ID or fingerprint login). If you are going to a protest, change your login to a password with more than 4 digits.
