Homemade chili oil is pretty hard to beat, and it's super easy to make. This is the most basic form of my chili oil recipe. If you're a sourdough person, spread some chili oil on a slice of bread like you would butter. I guarantee you're going to have a good time.

I didn't here. Having it in the tote should help keep things from drying out while the log is colonized. It can be a good idea to keep them from drying out, especially if you're just putting it directly outside in a drier climate.

I regret to inform you that my hammer drill bit the dust for good shortly after filming 🥲 Now that these logs are plugged, the oyster mycelium will grow out and colonize the wood.These logs will be placed in shaded areas of the garden to get some additional yield from unproductive space.
