I took hubby, the birthday boy, to lunch: a fresh vegetable salad for starters and fried vendace with mash for mains. I had pork scnitzel with wild mushroom sauce, sautéed vegetables and French fries. 🍜
Citrus fruits are delicious and full of essential vitamins! The blood oranges are so juicy that they’re almost hard to cut.

It was snowing, the roads were slippery and wet, making walking difficult. Hubby and I had to postpone our evening walk and watch basketball match instead. It was a thriller, we managed to win Belgium.

Our climate is so gold that we don’t have many Finnish veggies available in the winter and they’re expensive, because the maintain costs of commercial green houses isn’t cheap. Most of the veggies and fruits are imported (not very cheap either).

Yes, hubby was lucky, he slipped and slowly fell down.
Unfortunately, there's no help available, but I am removing the snow gradually. This winter has not been snowy yet, but the snow has been accumulating on the roof for months, and when the weather warmed up, the snow fell off the roof. ☃️☃️☃️
