Mensen, vuur! Word wakker!
In this digital painting, we see Sokka from Avatar the Last Airbender in the desert. This is a depiction of the season 2, episode 11 βThe Desertβ. We see Sokka shielding his eyes to look into the distance, with Momo perched on his shoulder, copying him and also shielding his eyes to look into the distance, with his ears out behind him mimicking the shapes of Sokkaβs ponytail. The sky is bright and blue, the ground in the distance is hot sand.

I am posting on Bluesky the piece I wrote about Bluesky for the @theatlantic.bsky.social.
The short version is that it seems very nice here but also it is bad that it seems nice because social media is bad and we need to abandon it.

Interesting. Types for library code van become very complex. With all the stuff you can do. I'm personally thinking about why testing types is useful for non-library code. I think the types wouldn't be as complex. And testing it maybe wouldn't be worth the investment.
The election was all over the Dutch news, so maybe the national broadcasting service NOS could be interesting
