That was a great trip to SF filled with networking and possibly the best sandwich I've ever had. Now I'm home for a few days before heading to Toronto for Remix Jam πŸ’ΏπŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ and then to Raleigh for @allthingsopen.bsky.social!

I'm thrilled to be speaking at @allthingsopen.bsky.social this year!

If you've heard me talk about conferences, you've heard of ATO. I've met so many friends from attending ATO events. 2025 is going to be great and I'm excited to be part of it!

Garden update since it's been a while.

Garlic was just harvested over the weekend. Blueberries are almost ready. Tomato plants are enjoying the cooler start this summer while the peppers are a bit behind. Okra, cucumbers, and beans are coming along too.

I do this for every trip out of paranoia that the one time I don't will be when everything is working against me. I'd rather be early and bored than late and stressed πŸ˜†

If you're buying lawn equipment, go all in on electric ⚑ Get a straight shaft string trimmer that can accept attachments and you'll be able to add some new tools later with less $ and space
