a bug in preset loading just produced one of my favorite patches.
harmony bloom really pairs well with sine machine, makes for fun harmonic arpeggiating

more additive reverb work... this is a sawtooth, but added the ability to filter out which harmonics feed into the verb (which is technically just a bunch of modulating sine waves). There's an odd, even, octave toggle and then an spectral XY control
sounds cool! i can see myself using it and know some metal folks who’d would def be into it
ha i was just looking at fletcher munson yesterday for a similar thing (in my case max accumulated volumes for an additive verb i’m trying to hack together)
added some forward compatibility for presets, very close to shippable....still needs midi velocity 😇

stumbled on this pitch noise mode that makes surfing the bars very satisfying, might have to add a toggle

er, and by "notes" i mean "harmonics" because right, i remember now, this is an additive synth (still booting up in 2025 lol)
it's tempo locked, so moving the slider backwards is moving backwards in time, replaying some notes, moving it forward skips ahead. dragging it just sorta freaks it out a bit, but often in a fun way
bug or feature? (it does the "correct" thing, which imo works great for glitchy stuff, but it's often jarring)

makes sense! when does the hashing occur? on commit or when copying files on deploy?
My big open question is how to deal with deploys and bowser caching of js. My latest project is vue without build tooling but I haven’t found a reliable way to break browser cache
Pretty happy about this. Tests have been flaky and failing for a year, but this clears the path to releasing alphas again...
