With 8 crosswalks not at stoplights in the range of the speed limit change, I think this is a needed and welcome move for safety.
This street will be dropping from 25mph to 20mph this spring. I'm hoping to see early enforcement and the creation of a safer area for those traveling by foot and by bike.
It's a conscious decision to choose to go by bike. I choose to for the planet and my wallet, but mostly because I always feel better when I ride.
