If I remember I'll check again tomorrow to see if April 7 trains become viewable. It may be that TGV 9552 does in fact run after April 7 again (note that nothing on the website indicates that the data is only available for 3 months, helpfully).
That's rather interesting because I tested the same tool with Paris-Lyon TGVs that are likely going to be running beyond April 6 and the SNCF Voyageurs page isn't showing them. So it may be that the system only shows the next 3 months' worth of trains (not that it says anything about that).
You could try filing an FOI request perhaps? Depending on how they're framed they've sometimes worked for railway timetables and works related documents.
Searching train 9552 through the SNCF-*Voyageurs* website apparently the train runs/doesn't run:
