This is what happens when ordinary people failed by the state come together to campaign for justice.
Our complaint against Lord Chadlington has been upheld: he breached standards over covid PPE deals.

The morally bankrupt Trump administration has partnered with another morally bankrupt authoritarian to declare an unprovoked war on Iran, already killing scores of civilians.
We need an immediate vote from Congress on a War Powers Resolution. Then articles of impeachment.

This week, the final module of the Covid Inquiry began.
In his opening statement on our behalf, Pete Weatherby KC set out why understanding the pandemicβs impact is crucial.
If we do not learn the lessons, we cannot save lives when the next crisis hits.

Our campaign for justice does not end when the hearings finish.
What matters next is implementation, turning the Inquiryβs recommendations into changes that save lives in the future.

For bereaved families, this has been years in the making.
We began calling for an Inquiry back in 2020, and the first public hearings started back in June 2023.
This is the last time the inquiry will hear from those who lost the most to Covid.

We welcome the news that Chris Wormald has resigned.
When he was appointed Cabinet Secretary, we warned ministers that many would see it as his failures during the pandemic being brushed aside, or even rewarded.
Those concerns were ignored.

Top civil servant could become third key No 10 departure in days
Exclusive: Cabinet secretary Chris Wormald is expected to follow Morgan McSweeney and Tim Allan out the door
Canβt come too soon given his role in pandemic failures. Amongst other things, covid inquiry concluded he failed to correct assurances that Govt was adequately prepared.
Letβs put an end to failing upwards.

Bereaved families watched him give evidence to the Inquiry and heard repeated denials and a refusal to accept responsibility for what went wrong.
It is unacceptable that, rather than being dismissed long ago for his critical failures during the pandemic, he was promoted.

The Covid Inquiryβs Module 2 report criticised him by name and found there was no evidence he acted to correct misleading assurances within government about its ability to cope, obscuring the reality and the need for more urgent action.

Sir Chris Wormald played a central role in the failures that led to the deaths of our loved ones and he should resign.
He has no place in any government that claims to listen to families bereaved by Covid.

Strip Michelle Mone of her peerage
At PMQs today, the PM said he will bring forward legislation to remove βdisgraced peersβ.
We are calling on the Government to use this moment to finally strip Michelle Mone of her peerage.

More evidence in Parliament today showing why the government needs to stop delaying the Hillsborough Law.
It's time to end the cover-up culture in Britain.
Let's make truth and transparency the default, not something that victims have to fight for.

A company linked to Mone supplied Β£122 million of faulty PPE during the pandemic.
We can be in no doubt that lives were lost as a result.
The Government must use this moment to do the right thing.

The Government is considering passing legislation to strip Peter Mandelson of his peerage.
If this happens, Michelle Mone's name MUST be added.
