I think at some point you got your Lβs and Cβs mixed up. In the opening paragraphs you state that L is the tenant, and the caption lists L first, suggesting they are the claimant, but in paragraph 7 you talk about L becoming aware of the action. Whether you made a mistake or not, I became lost.
