The first flag is of the Lunar Commonwealth. Originally an important military, energy, and biotech hub by the end of the 21st Century the moon transitioned to become a tourist destination, with Armstrong City becoming a gambling capital.
SR is undergoing some TLC, but its a hard-scifi setting covering events from about the 2050s to 2160. Something I've been working on-and-off since about 2007. Its been rewritten from scratch once, and I try to update it as I learn more about geopolitics, technology, etc.

The first image is from my Second Renaissance worldbuilding project, covering the US Planetary Commonwealths as of 2160. These are planetary governments between state and federal.
