I stayed at a few 3 star hotels in the last few months maybe I'm just spoiled by my own hotel but no 3 star hotel I've stayed at has really beat the 2 star hotel experience I provide for others where I work. Why did I stay at a hotel that I stay at a worse hotel for more money

I've been hoping to find some way of bringing it up as I like events with the fgc but genuinely the 2nd and 3rd days none of the ballroom aisles were wide enough for my wheelchair : ( so the only time I got to watch the main event for most of the day was the 1st day

Does anyone know if there is a feedback forum for frosty faustings? I really had a hard time with accessibility at the venue that kept me out of the main ballroom of the event : (
