In the first case, the judge found the suspension order arbitrary and capricious. I cannot recall another instance where a court found a claim of national security in any context to be arbitrary and capricious.
New to all this so I trust you will be kind? Although I very rarely dip my eyes and mind into dystopian literature, I cannot sing the praises more for Celeste Ng's "Our Missing Hearts" and Gary Shteyngart's "Vera or Faith". They are under-appreciated gems of any genre. #booksky
