At #EuropeanOceanDays in Brussels, @Europe Jacques Delors & @Oceano Azul Foundation launched “Building an #OceanUnion: Blueprint for a Transformative #OceanAct” – shaping a unified EU ocean policy.
Strong EU coordination is essential, from shipping decarbonisation and the #GlobalPlasticTreaty to #BBNJ and the protection of Antarctica’s waters.
We presented key recommendations to turn #OceanPact commitments into concrete action, positioning the ocean as a strategic European asset and laying the foundations for a true #OceanUnion.
