1. Trusted platform (trust in teams and services)
2. Shared success stories (we need data as well, but everyone loves story telling)
3. Internal confidence (we in platform, our confidence)
4. External confidence (other's confidence in the platform, data on what we deliver)

Platform teams are stream-aligned teams working inside a platform grouping. This resonates so well with me and how I think about platform teams! Happy the second edition of #TeamTopologies clarifies this thinking.

The idea of curated content is very interesting! I've seen the no filter version and the confusion that can create. I've seen gatekeeping information and the frustration that creates. Curated content sounds like a good middle ground! Lagom as we say in Sweden 😄
