If you are a DJ who is attending NFC, we would appreciate a volunteer to provide a live 1 hour set for us as well. We already have a fallback if we don't get a live DJ (its me! a raccoon DJ!) but would appreciate a volunteer if possible so I don't have to juggle two things at once.

Byte Jam with Freja and Violet Were you a fan of those music visualizers that used to be on PCs years ago, or did you see Violet and Freja's demoscene panel at NFC 2025 and left curious about what "livecoding" is? Do you want to learn more about a certain subcategory of the demoscene? Maybe you just want to hear a banging DJ set in a funny new context. Freja and Violet are two hosts of the Field-FX bytejams that happen weekly online, and now they are back at NFC to teach all the furries what this really means. Audience participation is possible (contact me at "vurpo" on Discord or Telegram ahead of time if you want the details).
Violet & Freja's Demoscene Showcase It's been a busy year for Violet & Freja, who has been spending a lot of time travelling across Europe whilst attending many creative computer events known as demoparties. After working on multiple of their own productions and taking notes on their favourites released throughout 2025 they are ready to return to NFC and host an extended show & tell about what the past year of the demoscene had to offer. Violet & Freja are two demofurs (demoscene furries) who previously hosted a panel at NFC 2025 and EF 29 about how furries have been getting involved in the demoscene, and this year at NFC they will continue to share more new productions by furries and also the wider demoscene. They will also be hosting a Q&A between each of the demos, so everyone has a chance to ask about the scene, the demos and maybe also learn something new.
