If 3D card prices explode, I guess we'll have to make lower fidelity games so that more people can play them.
And that might force us to instead invest in fresh gameplay to help differentiate new games from existing titles.
And maybe this means smaller, innovation focused teams.
Hmm...
Are you saying we need to make a tank farming game?? π«‘
But also: Why are there now three buttons to start the same LLM I didn't want?
But also: Is there a zero-day vulnerability that allows anyone to take over my computer?
I love the design. Wish there was a variation with natural fibers and something other than black.
A success would be a decent (software dev) $ pay per hour that was poured into the game.

Sometimes they are skilled in a corpo-techno-babble that confuses others into thinking they're knowledgeable. And TBH they usually have a ton of self-confidence, which some people like.
Nice! π What did you use to learn heightmaps in godot? That's on my wishlist of things to learn.
Artisinal, hand-made goods are increasingly the providence of the wealthy. I think if you can find a specific niche, there are wealthy gamers that might pay a high price. (Look at Star Citizen's ships, Shroud of the Avatar housing, etc.)
They say Tolkien was inspired by his experiences in World War I. That seems like a very good source for "ruined world".
Cool as a concept. But with pixel art tools, memory and speed are not issues I've ever encountered.
I would like an RPG. Imagine a Skyrim-like world that is at war; you can join either faction and engage in battles, or just be a wandering murder-hobo in a mech suit.
What game genre is best for a mech game? Most of the mechanics (armor, weapon systems) could fit into any genre.

I'm stuck on: Cozy game-studio or Cozy-game studio
Modeling... mechs?

So true. If you write things no one wants to read, LLMs can help you immensely.
Mental and social stats at max, body stats at a plateau instead of declining rapidly. This is a great idea.
As I've wrapped up with #seaofcannons v1 for #gameoffjam, I have a few paths...
- Start on a 2d rocket game
- Expand on Sea of Cannons
- Continue my Ultima-like
- Do yet another game jam (bit jam, 7drl)
- Youtube video on the making of Sea of Cannons
