It's shower pizza.
The reality is, we cannot wait until trauma ceases or we're unequivocally safe in order to develop tools & work our recovery. We'll be waiting forever. We have to develop tools & strategy & start working now, even if & when the sh*t is still happening. I don't believe in waiting.
I know I'm not alone.
I know buying random stuff won't help.
I know I may never see any personal response to all my letters.
I know if I don't rest I won't be able to fight.
I know I need to fight in order to feel like I can rest.
