I'm glad Ritchson is getting a shot. For a big lug he's actually pretty good in Reacher.

Israel has a plan to turn all their enemies into rubble and a geriatric dope willing to do it for them.

I've managed to blank out almost the entirety of The Phantom Menace.

Not bad. Quite derivative but there's enough to keep you entertained.

I'm going to make the assumption that there's no point watching that Peaky Blinders film unless you've seen the show?

So, The Bride is a stinker then?

I used to love this. It drags a bit now but I like the weirdness.

Nothing worse than buying something from Amazon and then getting a notification that Royal Mail are going to deliver it. If you stay in your house for half a day and then they'll deliver it later. Amazon leave it on the mat. RM demand some kind of mad safe place.

I listen to Radio 4 and the World Service because the latter actually reports news without bias. Whereas every single national story Radio 4 covers is riddled with bias. News should be news not personal or organisational opinions.

I learned today that Flexi schooling is a thing. What a laughable concept.

Well, it's better than the terrible video game standard CGI shop at the start, but not by a whole lot. It's a really interesting idea but done in such a perfunctory well. Passes the time. No more, no less.

Good effort England. Poor fielding and bowling cost us.

A good cast and an interesting story but it feels a bit rushed and I'm not quite sure what Colman was doing.

I'd have given Game Night an Oscar. I enjoyed Anora and it's unquestionably well done, but that's about it.

The weird thing is that I didn't really rate Anora (I prefer his early films) but no mortality involved. Like this year's choices it's more Green Book than a great film.

Imagine murdering the people you decided to use as your puppet leaders? "Anyone else want to be murdered by us?"

Potential new Iranian leaders who have been killed:

Ronald Regan
Richard Nixon
Jeremy Epstein

Unlike those murders by the guy who apparently wanted them to have the job.

Very difficult to say no to the school bully who will punish you heavily if you don't at least try to pacify him.

Fascinating Western. Lancaster tries to steal every scene while Cooper quietly gobbles him up. Great direction from Aldrich and so really nice use of extras.

Entertaining enough caper. He doesn't really have the emotional range for this, but it's charming nonetheless. Dunst does a fair amount of heavy lifting, but it's just never feels real. Which is odd for something based on a real story.
