I applied for a bsky blue checkmark for SkyScheduler. All the other schedulers have one. Figure it would be a good way to combat/nerf any phishing attempts.

A screenshot of a DM that says: -------------------------------------------- Hey there! This is an automated message to let you know that your SkyScheduler account is no longer automatically posting. This occurs when your BSky App Password either expires or gets deleted. If you did not mean to do this, log back onto SkyScheduler and provide an updated BSky app password in the "Account Settings" section of the dashboard. This message can only be seen by you. If you no longer want to use SkyScheduler or don't need to for awhile, no worries! This bot will only send you this message once (unless your password expires again after update).
Automatic messages if a bluesky app password is detected to no longer be working, either because the user deleted it or it expired.
Only ever messages once. Can easily be fixed by going into your dashboard and changing your app password. :D
Also:
* Due to some very heavy usage, there are now rate limits to posts/reposts. These are very fair limits and I believe 99% of users will never see them
* Fixed a bug where expired app password notices do not appear
* Fixed a few minor layout bugs
Wow this message sounds sketch, guess that’s what you get for using Siri dictation.
But for real, if you are having issues, send me a DM and I’ll look into it.
I also did fix the issue with repost rules not rendering right (only will fix on new posts)
Over the weekend we were subject to a DDOS attack (means a lot of bots visited the website at once to try to overload it).
This has been dealt with, but may have also banned some legitimate traffic as well.
If you are unable to connect to the SkyScheduler, please send a DM with your ip & browser.
This also fixes a bug where you could incorrectly hit your post rule limit if you accidentally scheduled the same post for the same time multiple times.
If you want to quickly update titles, you can copy an existing repost rule schedule and submitting. The duplicate rules will be ignored.
new dashboard changes here
the result of changing the title of a retweet post
I just pushed a feature that let's you rename retweets.
Instead of saying "Retweet of" with a link, you can just name the retweet to something else!

Hey...want to add more reposts to a post after you've posted it?
What if you could...really...really...easily :)
All things that were delayed were eventually handled and recovered, just not as soon as I'd personally like. Should be better in the future.
Earlier today some posts were delayed due to a backblast operation ending the retry cycle a little too early.
This was related to the bsky outage that occurred earlier. Both issues are resolved and it shouldn't be a problem in the future. I apologize if your post did not post at the right time.
Been using skyscheduler.work to schedule posts and reposts. Extremely useful tool, especially for artists that need to repost frequently for visibility. Thank you @socksthewolf.com, @skyscheduler.work is fantastic!
okay @skyscheduler.work is legit folks
i give their site a link to art i just posted, tell it to repost several times throughout the next day, and enjoy the extra visibility without having to do Anything
The way to gain visibility on bsky is to repost, which again, not to sound like a broken record forever, but @skyscheduler.work helps you with that. By retweeting over different times of the day, you gain more visibility. Hashtags help when you are part of feeds.
Also attach images to posts!
I also fixed some issues with resetting passwords, and added a lot more optimization in to the site.
Couple of accessibility features like screen reading response messages, better responsiveness of user input, compressed data for loading, improved image compression methods, etc.

Hey there!
We now have a really slick new logo thanks to @bluebloodedv8.bsky.social!
Check it out! It looks so good and stylish~
skyscheduler.work
Made a mirror of the repository on tangled as well.
Oh also we're getting a new logo soon, that isn't me kitbashing a bunch of svgs together in mspaint. I'm pretty excited about that.
Anyways, the site's been chugging along optimally, still making everyone's posts as instructed. Hope it helps! <3
Going to try a new file upload method, you may see increased speeds while uploading files.
Circling back here, now because of the retry system, we can better process file upload failures instead of what was done before (marking them as too big).
This greatly improves the service, which makes me happy.
I ask because I’ve been considering adding automatic resizing of images that are very large (think over 2000x2000) to SkyScheduler, or look into adding resize functionality in the browser (can have issues on mobile tho).
Cloudflare Image transforms are great, but can easily scale in cost overtime.
I do want to know from those using SkyScheduler for images:
* Do you like the automatic image compressor? Has it been helpful?
* Do you find the output looks good when posted?
* Have you had to manually resize it yourself? Would you say this happens often?
Okay this turned out to be perfect timing, been observing that uploading files is having more problems on the bsky end than usual today, and the retry system has been handling this very nicely.
Sure a post or two is a few seconds late when this happens, but it posts instead of waiting an hour.
This is much simpler to use, actually have a rating system that I can use for my content, and more features than what buffer have to offer.
I've just finished implementing post retries. If bsky decides to just not respond, the post will be tried again.
About 3 times, then it will give up for an hour, to try again later.
The cycle continues. I'll consider upping the values of the retries but the resource it uses is really expensive.
Some example posts that were made to show off threading.
A screenshot showing the new add a post to the thread button!
You can now schedule threads. It's back baby.
Unlimited* threads with up to 10 posts each thread.
Click the + button to add additional posts to a scheduled post.
All the media attachment, quote posts and other features you love, but now with threads!
*Limits may be imposed in the future.
With this change, we have every feature Fedica/Buffer has for Bluesky + more AND we don’t require a subscription.
Schedule your art, events, streams and more, for free.
Because you have enough stuff to worry about. Let SkyScheduler help with your reachability.
Oh and we have zero genAI anywhere.
We have threads now. There's no limit right now to how many threads you can schedule, there is a limit to the number of posts per thread (currently 10).
