They will be formally taking over Bibliographies starting in January 2026. Julia Boechat Machado is a PhD Candidate at Central European University in Vienna, researching Tamizdat publishers and book history in Soviet Russia. Shu Wan is currently matriculated as a doctoral student in history at the University at Buffalo.
