I also had to adjust the laser potentiometer a bit but now it's running like new.
It's alive! My gamecube wasn't reading discs anymore. It used to need to heat up until recently so that was a sign of things to come. Ordered new caps, and a new soldering iron. Once you get in the flow it's pretty easy to do. The most difficult was the first cap. Quite a lot of dead caps lol.
Best TikTok thing going is the two dudes trying food from every country without leaving NYC. If you havenβt seen them yet, itβs incredible. My favorite so far is last weekβs. Legit got me emotional.
