Ohio temporarily blocked from using unclaimed funds for Browns stadium An Ohio judge temporarily blocked Ohio from transferring unclaimed funds to pay for a Cleveland Browns stadium and other projects.

Vivek Ramaswamy’s running mate, Rob McColley, was one of the leaders in raiding $600M in private, unclaimed funds and handing it over to a billionaire.

But today a court stopped him, finding that grabbing our funds to hand to a big donor, without any due process, likely violated the Constitution.

Who is in charge of the House and Senate? The House impeaches and the Senate convicts. The conviction is what is needed and was missed twice by Mitch McConnell. John Thune is his mentee, so he will move in the same direction.

The bill can be passed as is in the House or Senate and then it becomes law or the House or Senate could write another bill and it passes and then it has to be passed by the other side of Congress. Then it can become law. I can be vetoed by the President, but that can be overridden with a 2/3 vote.
