oooof I mean, I can almost see why a legit company would want proof that the applicant themselves isn't just using ai to a degree, but I don't like the sound of this at all.
ah yeah, thanks, I do need to look at those places more often. I'm just sad about the state of things. I know a day doesn't go by where we aren't reminded of it, but it's been bad for so long with no signs of improvement.

and I know it's not a great place to find jobs, but I was curious and also looked at LinkedIn. it's probably the worst of it there.
not to mention every job posted over an hour ago has 100+ applicants already.
