Shout out to my favorite method of making scrambled eggs, the pan scramble. Just crack the eggs right into the pan and start stirring. Pros: fewer dishes, fewer steps, heterogeneity (if you like that kind of thing). Only real drawback is it's much harder to do an omelet like this
