I had a badly scratched screen on my pre-order with Best Buy. I couldn’t get a replacement shipped to me. I’m disabled and can’t just go into a store (likely just to be told they were out of stock anyway), and was told my only other option was to do a return. Ableist bullshit, but not unexpected.
This is what I get for telling you about my friend who introduces me using various incorrect names that are adjacent to Brett. Half of Indianapolis already thinks I’m either Brad or Brent.
