1. Log a support ticket
2. Wait for months
3. Decide not to use the Git integration, even for development environments
:-/
Could be permissions, but honestly it's difficult to say what it could be. I have found the Git integration to be pretty buggy, and don't use it in production environments at all. Prefer to generate/store the ARM/BICEP scripts myself, and then check into source control.
Integrated with Git/DevOps?

Ok, we're down to more reasonable numbers.
As of this morning, I am on the job market, #OpenToWork, or however that is designated here. ๐ Iโm immediately looking for a new position, and my DMs are open. Thanks network!
This is the motivation I needed on a Monday morning.
And as you say that...I'm staring at this table with 3 identical foreign key references. It may be the same person :-/
And how many Spark coins will be needed for this prize?
...says everyone who BS-ed more than twice this week ๐ซฃ
Seems like the Fiverr mentality. We'll be here to fix the mess, at rates that allow us to make a decent living ๐
$1B...start there, you can always work your way down.
Carry on
Probably not a good use of your time :-/
One, the answer is always one.
Yes for sure. Let's not forget that Power BI had its foundations in Analysis Services, which was as solid as a rock at that point. I feel like that enabled that approach.
If I were however to move to the cool kids club and "modern data warehousing", I'm not sure Fabric would be my first or even second choice.
Totally agree. Being on the bleeding edge is getting more and more expensive.
I actually don't mind being in the land of ADF, Azure SQL and Stored Procs still. They work as advertised, every time :-)
This is the exact reason why I haven't recommended Fabric to any of my customers, and probably won't for the foreseeable future.
Creating technical debt just to make a product work, is not where I want to be.
Serious question: On a scale of 1 to 10, how likely are you to recommend Fabric after the deployment?
Ha! Marketing got you with that one ๐
It may be the Emperor's clothing, but I'm not sure :-/
Man I love Chocolatey!
Ouch...probably DNS
That and those pesky net promoter surveys :-/
Time for a vacation :-)
They might be using AWS...anyway, how's your day going so far?
Day 2...
