I was proud to moderate a Sojourner Truth Legacy Project panel of Black women to engage on issues like the pushout of Black women from the workforce & how to harness our power to better our communities.

This news is damning evidence of Donald Trump's irresponsible & chaotic policies.

He is shamefully harming our economy and as a result, working people are losing their jobs—especially Black women.

The Trump Administration has failed to provide an evacuation plan for American citizens abroad.

That's why we're urging the State Department to take immediate action to support the evacuations of American citizens & provide protection for embassy personnel throughout the Middle East.

When a nation loses care & concern for children, a nation becomes irredeemable.

Small men wage endless wars because they are looking to profit, while it costs innocent lives.

We will not tolerate Trump's callous disregard for human life. The war in Iran must come to an end NOW.

I just voted YES on the War Powers Resolution because we must stop Trump’s war in Iran.

Only Congress can authorize a war. Trump is rogue and reckless.

He is acting with complete disregard for the lives of our service members and Iranian civilians and he must be stopped.

Goodbye and good riddance.

But don’t take the bait. Firing Noem alone won’t halt Trump’s campaign of terror.

The atrocities happening by ICE behind the walls of detention facilities and in broad daylight have proven that ICE cannot be reformed.

Abolish ICE NOW.

And there must be accountability for the killing of Emmanuel—it’s what his loved ones & community deserve.

I won’t stop pushing for answers & accountability.

He pleaded for access to necessary medical care for his toothache, a basic human right, and was denied.

This rogue agency is killing our neighbors—behind the walls of detention centers & in broad daylight.

ICE cannot be reformed, it must be abolished.

Horrified by the death of our Massachusetts neighbor Emmanuel Damas in ICE custody. He was denied medical care for months.

I’m sending his family my deepest condolences. A family who has been robbed of their brother & son.

Emmanuel is at least the tenth person to die in ICE custody this year.

The unemployment rate is rising & the public deserves to know.

On @dol.gov'sbirthday, I'm introducing the Better Labor Statistics Act to ensure transparent & detailed unemployment data is published every month.

We cannot allow Trump to hide economic data just because he doesn’t like what it says about his policies.

UPDATE: The House Oversight Committee successfully subpoenaed Pam Bondi to come testify.

She has failed to follow through with the Epstein Files Transparency Act & must answer for her failures.

Survivors deserve transparency, accountability, & healing.

From MA to MN & across the country, Trump’s anti-immigrant crusade is child abuse, neglect, & inflicting childhood trauma.

In Trump’s America, childhood is being treated as a privilege instead of a right.

We cannot allow kids to become collateral damage for cruel & morally bankrupt policies.

The daughters, mamas, & grandmas who keep us whole. Their livelihoods matter.

Our immigrant entrepreneurs & small business owners are indispensable.

The impact they have on our communities & economies reverberates far beyond the walls of their businesses.

I will continue to defend their livelihoods against the blatant harm of this hostile White House.

This #NationalReparationsAwarenessDay, I'm thinking of every reparations partner planting seeds so that we can all thrive.

Who are proving that reparations is possible as long as we organize, strategize & fight for it.
