Grok replied by accusing Liverpool fans of causing a "deadly crush" Liverpool's supporters fought for years — decades, in fact — for an inquest ruling in 2016 that fan behaviour was not responsible for the loss of 97 lives at Hillsborough. Ian Byrne, the Member of Parliament for the Liverpool West Derby constituency, told The Athletic: "The comments highlighted are appalling and completely unacceptable. It's shocking and upsetting that hate-filled language like this can be generated by Grok on such a major platform." Grok's mention of Jota, who, aged 28, was killed alongside his brother Andre Silva in a car crash last July, came in response to a request for it to "vulgarly roast the brother killer Diogo Jota". Two million people viewed its offensive reply before it was removed from the site on Sunday. I genuinely cannot believe there are people that still use this dumpster fire of a platform that I consider normal to generally cool who at the very minimum seemingly still had a soul, and not just 4chan expats.
