To rest my toe, I rode the spinning bike a few days this week. I caught up on a few TV shows. It was much easier mentally than psyching myself up to run through a 40 degree drizzle.
This cold miserable weather coincided with a very annoying gout flare-up I seem to get once per year so I haven't had to run through it, but my toe is feeling better now and outside is just so wet and dreary.
So can we get the sun back in New York City one of these days or what?
