Anxiety got the best of me and my heart rate issue. I ended up spending an evening in the er and had to be given extra blood pressure meds and anxiety meds. I’m still recovering slowly, but it was such a scary situation for me and now I’m scared to sleep at night and anxious it’ll happen again.
I’m found a new craft I might actually be good at and I’m so excited! I can’t wait to show you all!

I got to buy a lot of clothes and shoes this month because it’s the start of the year and I’m literally so excited for everything to come. They aren’t new, but they’re new to me and I couldn’t be more grateful. I think I made some good choices. It feels nice getting to dress in stuff I really like!
I didn’t mean nothing by it. I just have moments some times where I can’t speak. It just doesn’t happen. I just stare. I swear I need those cards some people carry around.
A delivery man had to bring a package today and needed to ask a question. My mom was on the phone and I think I accidentally traumatized this guy because I couldn’t speak. I had one of my mute moments. I just stared at him and he stared at me. He just handed me the box and left. I feel so bad.
The weakness I have after getting over the sick is so intense. Everyday is a little better thankfully. Pedialyte is my friend currently, but I need to go get an iv. Only thing stopping me is catching something else while still recovering from the monster I just got over. I cant fight sick again yet.
This sickness is kicking my butt. I can’t sleep for coughing anytime I fall asleep for even a sec. I can’t eat bc ocd convinces me what i can eat is constantly bad and I’ll throw up so not being able to taste or smell rn I can’t tell. So I’m immediately gagging and not being able to eat anything.

What if I got the za dlc for Christmas and I just don’t like it? Over level 100 is so intimidating. I’m bad at games to begin with and really don’t wanna deal with super hard challenges. I like cozy. I found regular za and all the battles really cozy and fun, but the dlc just isn’t for me.
I’ve gotten really into hello kitty flower breeding lately. I finally got the black seeds and I finished all the bow flower colors besides black (I setup for that today). I’m excited to learn about patterns next! Seems easy enough!

Cucumber smells so good, but it’s so crunchy and green. I’ve never gagged so much in my entire life while trying to eat something. I keep doing this to myself because I really do want to like green crunchy things. I want to have a salad. They smell so dang good. ARFID will forever get a 🖕🏻 from me.

We are next and we get a box and go to the car. Next friend is behind us. Comes out the shop where the other two guys are staying and there he is. Same exact items, there they go into the other guys bag. Two friends leave together and Mr Christmas leaves with this huge bag in his big loud truck.
Cool I guess. Not to mention his two friends are there with him. They look lost tbh. Our numbers are called. Guy goes up gets his $200 box a gengar pack and 6 loose packs. Goes out the door. His first friend gets same thing, but what’s weird is once he pays he puts it in the other guys bag. So
Going to card shops lately has made me realize how icky people are. Guy in front of us for the 1 per person phantasmal flames turns around and says yea “I’m just getting a box for my kid. Look at these two new cards I got him too.” Okay that’s weird that you need to explain yourself to strangers but
Tell people you love them when you feel it, let them know they're appreciated when they do things for you.
Don't take for granted that people just know, that stuff is too important to go unsaid! It's so important to say it in plain and direct language.
