With some meds I'm hoping to take care of my mental health. I basically had a 6 night 7 day continously going panic attack. I wouldn't put what I just went thru on an enemy. It was horrific & I'm still not back to normal but able to come home from the hospital at least. I went coocoo for coco puffs
Thank you for showing concern about me. Yes I was out of my mind with all that was happening in the world. I was scouring news from around the world. I had friends calling me asking what they could do. I got so overwhelmed that I couldn't concentrate or sleep or relax at all.I had to check myself in

Lots of people blocking because they don't like Socialists. But I imagine they want Social Security, Medicare, Fire Depts, FEMA, NASA, NOAA, Cops, Medicaid, Medical Research into lifesaving drugs, Roads, Bridges, Public schools, The Military, Pre K, and so much more.

Hello All! My insomnia kicked my ass. After 6 days of being awake and starting to hallucinate I checked myself in to the hospital. After a week of med adjustments I am finally able to sleep. It was fucking horrific. 0/10. I have a great shrink & got the help I needed but take your MH seriously! 🖤🫂
