The only weird parts I've gotten from them that were hard to get elsewhere were replacement spokes for the motorized wheel (shorter than standard), and I had them replace the rear wheel + motor assembly (cheaper than replacing the wheel + redoing all the spokes)

I've had a radcity since 2019, I don't know how their newer models compare but all the parts on mine are fairly standard, and I haven't had much issue finding either exact or similar replacement parts from other sources
the ballard service center is also nice for picking up random spare parts
there's travel sized vacuum pumps too, I have one of these and it's worked well for me
