Pretty much yeah! I want the toon ability to be reality perception but only when he's the focus / within close range.

I want to give him some shapeshifting abilities too but also i generally like the idea that the charm is powerful enough they can just take over a mascot identity which allows them to not have to "hold" a form for a long time. (Lazy)

What if your OC had the power of influence? What if their charm was powerful enough to the average person they're a familiar mascot they always knew. 🤔
