I had a chance to listen to this finally, and:
1. The episode is super well edited.
2. Joel and Avalon are fantastic hosts.
3. It's probably the best podcast intro to Arium. Ever.
How to Make a Literal Cat In Arium Featuring Will Munn
First episode of the spring is here! This time we made a little more than just a cat, @adepticarus.com walked us through making an entire WORLD to put the cat in! Enjoy!

Ironically, me too!
Ultimately, I couldn’t keep up with the video editing and posting without help, and my helper got a great job offer they couldn’t refuse. So yeah… thinking about other options.
For a good while (nearly a year) I released short form videos every single day.
Examples:
Tips for beginning game designers.
Me geeking out about a cool game book, dice, or a tarot deck.
Tips on crowdfunding.
Short updates on our games.
Are any of these things you’d like in text+image format?
I’ll admit, it doesn’t roll off the tongue, but alas, I don’t make the rules. This is how it has to be.
When I say worldbuilding, you say play.
Worldbuilding!
This was super fun!! Arium (our worldbuilding rpg) is perfect for making a cat character, it turns out 🐈🐈⬛😻
How to Make a Literal Cat in Arium Featuring Will Munn 03.04.2026
On March 4, @adepticarus.com presented us with Arium, taking us through both the game's collaborative worldbuilding AND character creation process, allowing us to make a cat for a tailor-made setting!
Oh hey! Look what's on @diceweaver.com now!

What’s the most fun you’ve ever had at a convention event? Something official, not hallwaycon, barcon, or liminalspacecon.
This looks cool. Backed!
it's the final stretch, the end of the Endtimes is nigh

I went 1 year a couple of times, but longer hair just took so much time and care (even though I liked the look). Haircuts are their own drain on time and resources. Tradeoffs I guess.
It’s a real advantage when I’m on the inside track in Top Gear.
Mine still has semi reasonable coverage if it keep it just long enough. A little chemical process prep magic makes it look thicker than it is. Particularly on the one side 🫠
It I were to attend a convention in the PNW that had a heavy ttrpg contingent, what and when should I attend? Bonus points for links, dates, and suchlike.
And cpaphair, from the look of it.
Hurthair is the natural successor to hathair.
In a way I’m jealous. The way mine grows (where it still does) that would look awkward indeed.
Something to consider.

How often do you get a haircut? It’s been nearly three months since I last did, and I feel it’s long overdue. Am I a silly person?
Hi! Let’s collab!
Friends! Who would like me to run a 1, 2, or 3-shot of Arium The Worldbuilding RPG on their podcast or stream?
I promise to be nice, fun, a little silly, and grateful for your time!
I’m also available for interview bookings for shows that will air in March and April.
What’s old is new again! I think if you frames it as a mystery type thing people would buy in.
It is. I’m agreeing with you!
Concept: A mystery TTRPG where the players all have set numbers for their stats and never roll dice, and the GM has to roll secretly for every check they make.
This would solve the "giving bad info on a low roll" dilemma, because they're always gaining information, but have to use their... (1/2)
This is making me think all information/awareness/investigation rolls should be GM-facing. Don’t get me wrong, I’m 200% behind player-facing mechanics, but how else do you create this kind of fun surprise?
