Luminous Dead is one of my absolute favorites! And, yeah, the back catalog is fairly extensive. I just had to dig through it (for boring technical reasons) and the show's style and sound has evolved a lot over the years. Some of the early episodes feel quite a bit different in tone and delivery.

Screenshot of a YouTube comment by user @samk5396 that reads: "I loved your interview. The fact you let her speak and that you're into the book and 'get' it. And that you make a point to use 'it' to gender murderbot correctly. You can just tell hearing the interview that she's more comfortable here than I've seen in others, and I think it's at least partly due to the respect you give. Loved getting to hear more from her and gaining more depth to an amazing series!"
Received this lovely comment on my Martha Wells interview today. I'm currently muddling through a case of Covid (my first time, yay) but this really brightened my afternoon. I had such a great conversation with Martha about MurderBot, so glad people enjoy it.

Thanks! Yeah, I took a break that was supposed to be about 3-6 months... ended up being a 2 year hiatus. The last couple of years were just *a lot*.
But the show is back, I'm doing interviews again, and we are launching a sister-site for book reviews/news/more in the next week!
