Anyone interested in reproductive rights MUST be interested in transgender rights. They are inextricable: a battle for bodily autonomy, a rejection of patriarchal control. An attempt to legislate who can participate in society and who cannot.

I promise trans people would love to not talk about Newsom, regardless of electability. HE is talking about US. Interviewers ask, "how about those trans", Newsom says, "much love but they got to be segregated" and the interviewer goes, "sounds right!" We can't let that become an acceptable standard.
