Two Point Campus introduced the ability to design the actual buildings which is something I really wish they backported to Two Point Hospital. That's really nice to have, at least in sandbox play.

Tyzo also has some neat 'branding' of a sort already. Alek would probably be the simplest to pull off (esp. not needing any sorta voice synthesis stuff?) and probably the most palatable to a wider audience, if that's the kind of thing you care about in doing this.

Any of them would work though! It's ultimately about what you're most comfortable with presenting yourself as for several hours at a time~

I do think Nell would be fun, both from a kinda 'brand' view, folks already known you as Nell, and that she has more established worldbuilding around her that helps for theming

Vacation Pikachu is so fucking awesome
