Thank you to everyone who answered!!
The replies were unanimous, so we will continue to offer print books as we already do, with international options for shipping and priority to library accessibility.
We've had a few sales there, which was a surprise! But it's agreed that wider access is more important.
Much appreciated! Thanks for your inputβ¨
Excellent point!
Agreed, thank you for your input!
Excellent points!
A photo of my hand holding up a copy of The Traitor and the Wretch by Jasmine Walls and Rowan MacColl, angled in a way that makes the foiled text shine
Obsessed with the way the foiling shines on this cover π€©
I can't wait to read this!

We have a question for β¨YOUβ¨
The only way for us (that we currently know of) to offer print books internationally is to go through Ingram, which will list those books on Amazon despite our requests to opt out.
We wanted to ask our readers what they'd prefer until we find an alternative, so: ππΎππΎππΎ
We have two choices:
1. Keep the international (and library) availability but never, ever, promote links to Amazon.
2. Remove the global listing for all books. Ebooks would still be available everywhere, but print books would be US only.
Please answer below, and thank you for your input! β¨

Thank you for the input! This is one of the main reasons we've been sticking with Ingram so far.
That's one of the reasons we've stayed so far, library access is so important.

My autoimmune disease is progressive and terminal; it will make me blind, paralyze me completely, end my life. I have to constantly battle back against it, and I've been doing the bare minimum for years because of cost. I need more, and I need help.
Every single cent helps.

An ombre background that shades from black to caramel from left to right. In the center is a cartoon illustration of a laughing black woman in black glasses with her hair pulled back into a bunch with an orange tie. She is wearing a skeleton-printed black apron over an orange sweater. Over that, she is wearing a white lab coat that she is pulling open to expose the outfit underneath, superhero-style.
Continuing with thanks to this year's sponsors. A hearty thank you to @mythjae.bsky.social for joining us as a sponsor this year.
Thank you!!
I finished the book within a day and it's absolutely a golden masterpiece of fluff and angst. Go buy it now!

Silk and Foxglove anthology, a BIPOC erotic eco-horror anthology, with a collaged artwork of a red circle, a dragonfly, and a sensual rear end!
Due to the sudden closure of the small press publishing our anthology, we're looking for a new home!
"Silk and Foxglove" is a BIPOC anthology of 13 stories of erotic-eco-horror! It's weird, gorgeous, evocative, & unnerving as hell!
Please boost! If any small presses are interested, let me know!

Y'ALL. I am ~40% through The Traitor & the Wretch and I am obsessed. I am so weak for the MCs, especially Knell. It makes my heart swell and my chest constrict and it makes me want to write a relationship this tense and tender so bad.
Go. Go buy it now. Good cause and good lord what a book
Thank you!

Graphic acknowledging the start of Ramadan and highlighting three books by queer Muslim authors: "We Have Always Been Here: A Queer Muslim Memoir" by Samra Habib, "Hijab Butch Blues" by Lamya H., and "If You Could Be Mine" byΒ Sara Farizan.
Ramadan Mubarak! This month, pick up a book by a queer Muslim author.
#Booksky 1/3 Okay, real small press talk for a minute here: we depend on book sales to keep publishing cool and fun books for our lovely readers. Jan & Feb are generally not great for sales and locally (Minneapolis/St. Paul), most event organizing is in emergency mode. queenofswordspress.com
