Camera sucks. It's hard to see things and the game doesn't care if you can't. If you missed where that mage is aiming the spell because of a building in the way... welp sucks for you.

FFT Ivalice Chronicle impression 2:
I like the portrait art style, specifically the lack of nose definition and general rendering details in the face. It's a very unique vibe.
I've exercised a lot of self control, but I finally waited long enough for the FFT remaster to go on steam sale.
Early impression: like Tactics Ogre, this game doesn't want you to go fast. Feels like you're meant to get walled if you try to progress without grinding some.

I didn't love HK, but I got Silksong purely from hype. Despite not being a fan of metroidvanias or "gitgud" games, it has strung me (ha) along so far.
