Yesterday was the first day of astronomical spring or the vernal equinox. Our team have been noticing the first signs of the season this week, including circling bats, singing Yellowhammer, flowering Crocus and a pair of frogs. Spring is coming! πΌ

Work continues on the Live Labs 2 project in East Riding this year, where we've been changing audio sensors to continue to record wildlife around Hayton village. We'll be taking all the data recorded and processing this through the BTO Acoustic Pipeline to help identify the sounds captured!
