Thereβs a third screen shot lower in the comments that shows that if βnormal labsβ are mentioned, it stops recommending the services.

Today is the Day of
Remembrance of the forced internment of Japanese-Americans in concentration camps via EO 9066.
Internment happened within living memory. Stop it from repeating.

I would say, forced into it by the market - the consumers who actually did want the things they buy to feel supportive of gay rights, of small batch makers, of Black businesses. The companies really didnβt like that consumers did, in fact, want business to care about what they believed to be moral.
Thanks for being such a fab writer that I want to repost constantly.
Wait, wait, you forgot about when they told us Second Life was going to be the new and better way to teach/learn. And also drones were going to be delivering our packages.

Square fabric shapes make a rainbow across a grey ironing board.
Finally made something again, this time for someone who put up an ISO for beanbags. I have to add the beans and stitch them up but it felt good to work to help someone in my community.
Reading through this I am assuming itβs the distributor that sells to stores mostly in Minnesota and not for all the products listed sold everywhere. Also am amused that a returned check charge is listed on the first page.
A white piece of paper on a holiday-themed tablecloth reads βMankind is our Businessβ in rainbow and red/green lettering.

Stupid acid!
Theyβre letting women die rather than giving them appropriate medical care. You knew they were going to, and now they are doing it, and it is as bad as we said it would be.
Remember for some places in Texas, the closest place to get an abortion is Illinois.

No lawyers, no clergy, no showers, no beds. βTemporary detentionβ my ass.
Plus the people praying have been following every rule update so far - they moved the times when the mayor declared protest hours, even, so now those meetings hover around 11am instead of 8. Meanwhile ICE/BP ignores court orders and the state police push protestors behind barriers.
It sounds like the Feds setting up to argue that where the services are set up, they cannot be. But they know what it looked like when they turned St. Eulalia parish away and they want to try to push the protestors and any speakers & clergy far away from the bldg. Grr, the framing, indeed.
Proving once again that rich people and those who worship them are suckers. Then again I still havenβt figured out how they convinced the majority that our tap water was better if we paid for it and drank it from plastic bottles, so what do I know?
Oh dear, very recognizable. Thank you for the chuckle.
A Strawberry Shortcake costume lies on a floor. There is a slouchy newsboy cap made in pink plaid and strawberry ditsy fabric (sewn), a white t-shirt with a strawberry basket printed on it (thrifted), a candy bag the looks like a paper sack with a green gingham lining and a strawberry pocket (sewn), a plaid skirt with large strawberry pockets (sewn), and green and white striped tights (bought new).
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
Hope your costume, sewn, made, collected, thrifted or bought, brings you happiness today.

A selection of Halloween treats on a table. You can see mandarin oranges in the foreground that have pumpkin faces drawn on them, in a net bag. To the sides and back you can see bags and boxes of candy and small toys.
Halloween treats, ready.
My parents even introduced _new_ people to us this way. My childhood was full of people closer than Mrs/Mr but older than us and thus to be respected via Auntie or Uncle FirstName. This is confusing? I had 12+ βactualβ aunties and uncles and then all these others. I still call them aunt or uncle.
A girl with cherry-red curly hair models a slouchy hat in profile. The hat has a small brim in white fabric with small red strawberries. The hat has segments in the strawberry fabric and a bright pink and white plaid fabric. A bright pink strawberry with a green gingham leaf adorns the brim of the hat and a green gingham leaf peeks out from the top middle of the hat. In the background you can see an avocado green wall and a 1970s artwork.
Strawberry Shortcake hat, finished just under the wire for the start of a weekβs worth of Halloween festivities.
A candy sack in grocery bag brown fabric (former tablecloth) with strawberry shaped pocket in dark pink (former wool dress), white strawberry ditsy fabric (thrift shop), and green and white gingham (garage sale.) the top of the bag features red polka dot ribbon (thrift shop), and more of the gingham and strawberry fabric peek out as a folded lining. There are antiqued brass D-rings (thrift shop) and clips (thrift shop) holding on a strap made of a pink belt with pie-like cutouts (thrift shop.) in the background is the completed Stawberry skirt and you can see the strawberry pockets.
Candy bag nearly complete. The chosen strap is a former belt but I expect to make some short handles as well, so I added 4 D-rings. Everything used this time was thrifted except the thread from Wawak. I may have to hit the hardware store for a post to make the strap adjustable. #sewsky #halloween
A bag made of fabric sits on a table of fabric offcuts. The bag is brown with a green and white gingham edge, with tiny strawberries on white trim, and a red polka dot ribbon run through some edging. There is a strawberry-shaped pocket topped with a bright pink strip and a green gingham strawberry leaf on the front.
The inside of the strawberry bag shows a green and white gingham lining and a white-with-tiny-red-strawberries pocket edged in bright pink. You can see that the bag is unfinished with two points poking up in the middle.
Strawberry Shortcake clearly needs a basket-y candy bag, no? There is a phone pocket inside and outside, it needs its boxed corner ears pressed down and a strap but I think itβs pretty fabulous. #sewsky
I feel like a conspiracy theorist but I swear that whole pre-election βletβs support Trumpβ heel-turn and Elonβs embedding in the govβt was about their realization that AI was a bubble about to pop.
A pink plaid 3/4 circle skirt with an unfinished hem hangs in front of a china cabinet. The skirt has bright pink strawberry shaped pockets with floral βseedsβ, green edging at the top, and green gingham leaves. In the background you can see a vintage ticket marked βNASA Toursβ on the upper left and bits of china within the cabinet.
Halloween accomplishment!
Lots of trial and error for the costume this year, but although itβs not the original vision I think strawberry skirt turned out well so far.
Itβs hanging out the hem today. On to the candy bag construction!

WILD that they charged the vet who had been saying βdonβt give them an excuseβ every time ICE/BP told us to move back, and who _was_ moving back. It seems very random and very routine for ICE, the pepper balls and tear gas and knocking people over only to press them to the ground and arrest them.
Saw an arrest mentioned in the article. The vet was leaving the street, headed towards the curb when he was knocked down. You could see BP struggling to choose if they should reach down, help him up as protestors behind him were trying to help. And then suddenly BP swarmed him and took him away.
When I saw them put up the (now gone) fence I figured they were trying to get someone killed at that exit by pushing protestors back. All the signs direct you along the frontage to Beach and then Lexington to 25th, I didnβt even realize Gardner went through and I use that exit all the time.
I donβt think I have ever been in a crowd that big before. Chicago Tribune rpts 100,000+ but thatβs low. We exited the field an hour+ after speeches (more people behind us!) Someone counting at the starting intersection of the march told us 300,000 at Grant Park. I can believe it. #lovechicago
