It's the reason that after half a year on Linux I went running back to Windows with my tail between my legs. The new CLAP plugin format is promising though, even if many plugins I rely on might never be ported over.
even with more options for DAWs on Linux, VST plugins are a pain in the butt. there's only so much that yabridge can do
