That’s what I got out of it too. The product has been confirmed defective. Costco wants Whirlpool to accept liability. I’m honestly thinking of filing a claim with the HO insurance and let them fucking deal with it

I love Costco. But their claims department is less than helpful. Costco sold us a defective dishwasher and may have caused water damage. They’re supposed to replace the dishwasher, but continues to be delayed. A damage claim has been filed, but they’re giving me the run around.
