I've just spent a little over an hour playing the demo for this you can get on steam. A really interesting take on "city" building. I had a really nice time with it (I can only apologise to the clownfish I lured to the reef before I had unlocked their homes and food source though. RIP little fish).

Life below is a beautiful and calming city builder under water. Restore the ocean and see it grow. I don't know if it stays calming tho, but I really like what I see. @lifebelow.net
