My dysautonomia's been the worst it's been in a while. Between the culminative effect of a harsh winter temp-wise and all of the constant storms over the last few months my body's not had any time to recover from it all and now my autonomic system is a hot mess.

Catching video feedback spirits with VJ Burle Avant and the Eternal Reseach team, with their Demon Box instrument, Burle’s impressive modular rig, and my circuit-bent Cybershot. It was cool to meet Burle, who was the VJ for MTV’s iconic late-90s dance/electronic show AMP (hence the music). 1/
