I’d argue that it’s damn close - with the Alien Enemies Act, SCOTUS granting him immunity & installing Mrat to gut the government, calling vandalism of Teslas terrorism, deportation to El Salvador prisons w/out due process based on tattoos, prohibiting campus rallies, detaining innocent people etc.

I think we’re a little further along than that, but you’re not wrong that there are more horrors to come if we don’t do something ASAP
