If you're usually motivated and suddenly not, could be overtraining! As the years go on, might need to lower number of weeks before deload and do 2-3 weeks of active rest every 3-4 deload cycles. I deload after 3 weeks and take a few weeks off a few times a year. Feel much better, muscles still big.
