Not gonna lie - this approach isn't for everyone, and that's the point. We specifically work with clients who value transparency over fixed bids. Better to be upfront about how we work than force-fit traditional estimates

We ditched estimates completely. Sell dev time in chunks (like 3 months) and stay transparent about progress 💡 Works better for everyone - clients get real updates, we focus on quality instead of rushing estimates.

We use it to identify if user uploaded images meet our requirements. LLM works well if you can't build a model yourself.
