There was also few of people from New York State (ranging from NYC to Buffalo) who are interested in coming to the Lake George Event in the summer, checking out TVGS, etc.
A lot of the talks and posters were about how they were using gaming in their research or how gaming is helping their clients (such as 2 people who have had gaming help people with ASD develop communication skills)
Yesterday's event was a lot of fun, albeit different than the events I've exhibited at, since it was more of an academic confrence rather than a professional or social.
